Congratulations to MHS on earning the 2024 AP Honor Roll Silver Recognition Award. To earn this, 51% of the Class of 2024 took at least one AP exam, 39% earned a 3 or better on at least one exam, and 16% took 5 or more AP exams starting in 9th or 10th grade.

Congratulations to seniors Landon Resendes, Elizaveta Swann and Jun heng Zhang for earning the Collegeboard National 1st Generation Recognition. Recipients are first generation college students, earning a 3.3 or higher GPA, scoring a 3 or higher on at least 2 AP exams and scored in the top 10% in the state on the PSAT as juniors. Way to go! Additionally, Elizaveta was recognized in the National Indigenous People Recognition as well. #wearemiddletown

As the school year approaches, we wanted to share a glimpse of our new CNA program here at MHS. This course is the first step in our next phase of program development as we continue to expand our offerings in the Health Careers field for our students. Big shoutout to our new partners Newport Hospital and American Safety for helping us get this program off the ground.
